Job Title: Health And Safety Manager

The organisation is seeking a highly experienced Health and Safety Manager to play a key role in the progress and growth of their operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and overseeing a robust system for health and safety inspections and audits, ensuring that risk management is aligned with ISO 45001 standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing, implementing and embedding a strong H&S culture within the organisation.
  • Managing and developing H&S strategies and policies.
  • Ensuring that all health and safety risks are identified and managed effectively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior H&S role within a manufacturing organisation.
  • NEBOSH qualification.
  • Professional certification and membership of IOSH/IIRSM.
  • Demonstrable track record of implementing systems and procedures.
