Telehealth Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled nurse to join our team. As a registered nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care via telehealth.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing attentive and holistic care to patients over the phone.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes, care plans, and medication charts.
- Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams and patients, ensuring clear and empathetic communication.
- Educating patients on health-related topics including medication management and lifestyle modifications.
- Monitoring medications and dosage, observing patients for adverse reactions and reporting any concerns to the appropriate authorities.
- Current registration as a registered nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA).
- Prior experience in nursing through telehealth.
- Ability to build rapport with patients over the phone, making sure they feel supported on their health journey.
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
