**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Risk Manager to elevate our Risk Management Framework across the business.

The successful candidate will identify and understand various types of risks, including operational, financial, strategic, and compliance risks.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support risk assessment and profiling activities to ensure accurate and high-quality risk data.
  • Conduct control testing and report on outcomes, results, and recommendations.
  • Coordinate and document control self-assessments with risk and control owners.
  • Update the Governance, Risk, and Compliance system with current and accurate risk data.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Tertiary qualifications in business, risk management, or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience in risk management roles in large organisations.
  • Experience in testing key controls, designing and documenting risks, and undertaking controls assurance.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with an emphasis on achieving successful outcomes through consultation and collaboration.
