Chief Enterprise Risk Leader
The Chief Enterprise Risk Leader is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the strategic development and implementation of risk management functions across an organization.
This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise-wide risk culture, compliance, and governance. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in leading and directing risk and compliance functions in a large and complex organization, preferably in the services sector or state government context.
A key responsibility of the Chief Enterprise Risk Leader is to provide strategic direction, leadership, and oversight of an effective risk governance framework, compliance obligations, insurance portfolio, quality systems, assurance, and resilience processes.
Lead and direct an enterprise risk and compliance function
Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management strategy
Maintain a strong risk culture and promote a culture of compliance
