We are seeking a skilled Instructional Designer to join our team. As an Instructional Designer, you will play a critical role in creating engaging and effective learning experiences for our customers.
Job Description:The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and developing eLearning content, as well as expertise in adult education and instructional design principles.
Key Responsibilities:- Create high-quality eLearning content that meets business objectives
- Develop training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of learners
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and relevant content
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in instructional design and development
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality eLearning content on time and within budget
