This is a critical role within our Buildings + Places Global Business Line, focusing on capturing major new business opportunities worldwide.
Job Description:- This role sits at the forefront of consultative sales, leading the process for Enterprise Critical Pursuits and Tier 2 pursuits in ANZ, Asia & MEA regions.
We are looking for an experienced leader to drive integrated growth strategies, contributing strategy and business development best practices to drive results.
Key Responsibilities:- Win major strategic pursuits by leading the consultative sales process, contributing strategy and driving an integrated growth strategy.
- Understand firm-wide capabilities and bring regional and global expertise to pursuits.
- Partner with stakeholders to close new business, drive sales processes and prepare presentations and proposals.
- Bachelor's degree plus 12+ years of extensive relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency.
- Proven track record of sales production, specifically winning major enterprise level pursuits.
- Experience in team leadership, client discovery and development of compelling value propositions.
