About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Assistant to join our vibrant marketing team at Fantastic Furniture Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Brand Manager in developing and implementing marketing campaigns that drive brand and business metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee marketing campaigns from inception to implementation, ensuring they align with our brand objectives.
  • PR Activations: Execute engaging PR activities that resonate with our audience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams within the company and external agencies to deliver impactful projects.
  • Performance Monitoring: Measure and monitor campaign performance to drive brand and business metrics.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2 years + in brand marketing or marketing communications, with experience in media and working with creative and media agencies.
  • Retail: Previous retail marketing experience a strong advantage
  • Education: A university degree in Marketing (or with marketing major).
  • Skills: Strong project management, social media expertise, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task.
  • Attributes: Analytical, curious, collaborative, and commercially savvy.
