The role of Senior Cancer Care Pharmacist is responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the Cancer Care Unit. The position works closely with the Pharmacy Management Team to provide high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the Cancer Care Pharmacy team, ensuring a safe and effective clinical service.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that reflect best practice in cancer care pharmacy.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and outcomes.
- Current registration as a pharmacist with the relevant health authority and able to practice independently.
- Demonstrated high-level skills and experience as a clinical pharmacist, including advanced knowledge of therapeutics in oncology and haematology.
