Medical Oncologist Opportunity

This role involves supporting patients with genitourinary cancer, participating in clinical trials, and working as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a Principal Investigator on Phase I to IV clinical trials
  • Work alongside other medical oncologists and cancer specialists
  • Collaborate with groups across MQ Health to participate in research projects
  • Supervise and train students, registrars, and other doctors in training
  • Contribute to educational activities with MQ Health

Requirements:

  • Current registration as a medical practitioner in Australia (or ability to obtain)
  • Fellowship into the relevant specialist College or Faculty
  • Demonstrated experience in Oncology, including highly developed skills in clinical trials
  • Experience in genitourinary cancers
  • Completion or near completion of a PhD or equivalent in a relevant area
  • High level understanding of the discipline
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
