Territory Manager

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.

This role involves developing and executing a strategic territory sales plan, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and strong business acumen. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to exceed targets.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Nurse-Unit Managers, infection preventionists, nurses, and healthcare professionals.
  • Deliver product demos, educational sessions, and training programs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and post-sale support.

Requirements:

  • Proven success in sales with a track record of exceeding targets (3+ years).
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
  • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and market analysis skills.
  • Knowledge of hospitals and selling in the healthcare setting (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in health, business, or related field (preferred).
