Sydney-Based Project Manager and Assistant Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager to join our team in Sydney, NSW. As a leading provider of real estate and investment management services, we offer a dynamic and entrepreneurial work environment that encourages growth and development.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project management activities for construction sites, refurbs, and fit-outs. This includes planning, organising, programming, and running rollouts of different types of work, from minor to major upgrades.
The role requires coordinating thought and leadership skills to encourage maximum contributions of all participants in the project and focus these to maximise outcomes for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Relevant experience in construction project management or related fieldStrong interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with sound computer skills, including Microsoft OfficePossess an exceptional level of attention to detail with a high level of customer focus and stakeholder managementAbility to think, analyse, and problem-solve in high-pressure situationsAbility to multitask and prioritise tasks to complete within specified deadlinesDemonstrated ability to work autonomously with minimum supervisionProven comparable experience is essential when applying for Project Manager rolesWhat We Offer:
