Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute technical service to customer requests, problems, or planned service activities, coordinated, scheduled, and with prepared action plans from the customer care center.
  • Provide solutions by using remote/on-site diagnostics, troubleshooting techniques, service technical information, or knowledge, executing service work orders and keeping the customer informed of the service status.
  • Foster a culture of First Time Right, ensuring a clear action plan, with parts (if required), and preparation such as diagnosis/troubleshooting information is executed as per action plan before the onsite visit as necessary.
  • Handle all feedback (safety & non-safety related) & escalations to ensure accurate and timely analysis, registration, and action.
  • Seek lead generation for sales or value-added Service Opportunities, where we can support our customers further to deliver value Key performance indicators.

About the Role:

The Field Service Engineer - Graduate will be part of the healthcare tech team, serving as an ambassador of Philips Health Tech, ensuring all customers are satisfied while meeting or exceeding our business targets.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical and Mechanical), medical, or science-related major (maximum 2 years of related experience).
  • Prior experience within an engineering, medical, or science-related environment preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge in engineering fundamentals (Certified Engineer/Network Engineer certification desirable).
  • Logical problem solver who can work independently and strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication skills & proficient in Microsoft Suite.
  • Valid working rights.
