Project Manager – Terminal Operating Systems

We're seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the implementation of our cutting-edge Terminal Operating System (TOS) across multiple terminals in APAC.

As a key member of our team, you'll oversee the entire project lifecycle, collaborate with talented teams, and make a real impact on transforming global logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions for issues and risks.
  • Collaborate with the Project Director to manage project budgets and optimize resource allocation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, effectively managing stakeholder expectations regarding project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Track and report project performance, coordinating project assurance activities, including phase reviews and reporting requirements.
  • Conduct end-of-project evaluations, documenting lessons learned and providing recommendations for future projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • PMP or equivalent, with strong knowledge of methodologies like PRINCE2 or Agile.
  • Over 10 years of project management experience, with a proven track record in delivering large-scale projects, system integrations.
  • Strong hands-on experience with project methodologies, principles, frameworks, and tools.
  • Acute understanding of business dynamics and aligning projects with company objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas to various audiences.
  • Proven leadership in team collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Adaptable to fast-paced, changing environments and aligning strategies with business goals.
  • Effective team player, comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
