Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of applications, digital transformation, and technology projects to our customers. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of managing complex projects, leading cross-functional teams, and driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead successful projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and meeting customer expectations.
  • Manage project stakeholders, including customers, team members, and vendors, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and manage project plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality and business requirements, and that customer expectations are met.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, and other project management tools.
