About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of technology solutions, ensuring successful delivery of projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing technology-related projects. This role will bridge the gap between technical teams (e.g., developers, IT staff) and non-technical stakeholders (e.g., sales, documentation, training, etc) to ensure the timely and successful completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Identify resources needed (team members, technology, tools) and assign tasks.
- Project Execution:
- Lead project teams, including Software engineers, Product Owners. Product Managers, personnel, and business analysts.
- Manage project risks and address potential blockers.
- Track project progress against milestones.
- Manage cross-functional teams and ensure collaboration among various departments.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and outcomes to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment between business goals and project outcomes.
Requirements
- Project Management Expertise: Proven experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 to 7 years of proven experience managing software development projects and software development practices: DevOps and CI/CD.
- Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Facilitation: Facilitate agile ceremonies such as retrospectives and product increment (PI) planning.
- Technical Knowledge: A strong working knowledge of the technology and tools used in software development projects (e.g., Jira, Scrum & Kanban Boards, Confluence).
- Certifications: Agile project management certifications.
