Hardware Merchandiser Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hardware Merchandiser to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach to their work schedule and be able to travel throughout the region, servicing multiple locations including Bunnings Warehouse stores.

  • Executing shelf movements and planograms to maximize product visibility and sales
  • Maintaining strong relationships directly with store personnel and stakeholders
  • Accurately reporting tasks and activities using own device
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and physically fit individual to join our team as a Hardware Merchandiser. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to relate effectively to a diverse range of people.

The role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building shelving and relocating products to optimize store layouts
  • Planograms/Relays - Executions & Compliance
  • Executing tasks, building displays, erecting point-of-sale materials
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with store personnel
  • Accurate reporting using own smart device
Requirements
  • Over 18 years old
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Current State Drivers Licence & Reliable vehicle
  • Lovely of physical work and attention to detail
  • Physically fit - no impairments to bending & lifting
  • Interpersonal skills, enabling you to relate to a diverse range of people
