We are seeking a highly skilled Product Strategist to join our Data & Analytics Department at Montu. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our product strategies and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of product metrics, user feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for product enhancements and optimisations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide recommendations on products/features that will have the most impact on release.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards in Looker to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and standardise performance monitoring dashboards for features.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to business and technical stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Ability to visualise and communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise way.
  • Experience in conducting analysis to size the opportunity of a potential product and understanding of how to measure success for a product.
  • Strong understanding of event-driven data architecture and experience working with software engineers.
  • Proficiency in data modeling, statistical analysis, and data visualisation tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Looker, dbt).
