We have an opportunity for a talented Marketing Product Strategist to join the Development Marketing team at Stockland.


This role will focus on developing and executing marketing strategies for Stockland's development product, including Display Villages, House & Land, and Townhomes, across Melbourne for our Masterplanned Development business.


The successful candidate will ensure effective promotion and positioning of these products to support the delivery of Stockland's vision and outcomes, and actively maintain enquiry and sales momentum.


About the Role

  • Support the delivery and execution of key product marketing activities to ensure state and community project goals are achieved against marketing targets
  • Plan, execute, and manage strategies that align with key marketing initiatives, such as national and local campaigns, product release activities, customer communication planning, content development, and management of online and offline channels, brand/product positioning strategies, and digital marketing channel maintenance
  • Collaborate with Marketing Specialists – Development to monitor and guide the product marketing communication initiatives and effectiveness at a local level
  • Develop and build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and key builder partners to deliver on initiatives that leverage the Stockland brand, driving new enquiry and supporting the achievement of sales targets and conversion for the business
  • Ensure all content is consistent with Stockland's brand guidelines and messaging
  • Analyse, interpret, and recommend conduct reporting by providing data-driven insights on identified trends, customer needs, and preferences, product gaps, design and development of future products, and competitive analysis to enable technical direction to local Builder Partners, Sales, Development, and Marketing teams to enhance Stockland's development product across communities

About You

  • Appropriate tertiary qualification
  • Relevant experience in a marketing or product role
  • Property industry background with another developer, home builder, or similar
  • Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, including marketing planning, communication, and implementation
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
