About This Role">

This leadership position plays a pivotal role in spearheading our Business-to-Business (B2B) learning programs, specifically those developed in collaboration with the Victoria Government and key industry partners.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, and delivery of online and in-person programs, while effectively managing resources, reporting, and resolving program issues amidst multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Programme Management: Lead the planning, scheduling, and delivery of online and in-person programs, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with government and industry partners through client engagement, program meetings, and committees.
  • Commercial & Contract Management: Negotiate contracts, contribute to new business opportunities, and support tenders and client engagement.
  • Proactive System Enhancements: Maintain and improve technology platforms, including web development, Salesforce CMS, and Canvas LMS.
  • Leadership: Lead and coordinate program administration teams and independent contractors to deliver high-quality education programs.
Requirements

  • 5+ years of demonstrated programme leadership experience, with 2+ years of people leadership.
  • Experience in delivering education partnerships and negotiating contract terms.
  • Strong people skills, with the ability to guide clients and contractors confidently yet supportively, providing clear direction and influencing outcomes even when navigating differing ideas.
