Rivercrest Christian College is an authorised International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP) World School.Rivercrest Christian College is in search of an accomplished and dedicated Curriculum Leader - Language and Literature to join our team on a fixed term arrangement.The successful candidate will have;a desire to teach in an environment where both Christian values and the development of the whole child are valuedpreferably experienced in teaching the International Baccalaureate's Middle Years Programme or be committed to a concept-driven, structured-inquiry approach to teachingsupport and guide faculty staff with the planning, development and evaluation of their programsresponsibility for effective leadership skills, design and delivery of curriculum and associated pedagogy to International Baccalaureate Standards and Practicesability to drive curriculum review, planning and developmentcontribution to building a nurturing and compassionate focused education setting, where every student is able to develop their independence, initiative, learning and are faith connectedability to collaborate and contribute to a strong collegial culture where teachers have a shared commitment to improvement and open to feedback from others.Why work at CREST Education?
