Job Title: Seasonal Sales Ambassador

Job Overview

As a representative of Pandora's brand, our Casual Sales Associates play a crucial role in connecting customers with our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets;
  • Establish strong relationships between our brand and customers by providing exceptional service and adapting your approach to individual personalities and needs;
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Pandora products and confidently share this knowledge to maximize sales and deliver an outstanding customer experience;
  • Assist with product deliveries, unloading and storing items in the correct spaces within the store;
  • Merchandise the store and maintain high standards of presentation, taking pride in your environment;
  • Operate the till system and handle financial transactions including returns and exchanges;
Requirements:
  • We seek passionate and motivated team players who can express their individuality through styling Pandora jewellery in their own way and sharing these ideas with customers;
  • A natural ability to identify opportunities for achieving and exceeding sales targets is essential;
  • The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment is critical;
