- Manage all aspects of running the store including leading, coaching and developing the team.

- Drive sales and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a senior retail leader, with a strong track record of delivering results and building high-performing teams. You will be passionate about fashion and have excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Develop and implement visual merchandising initiatives to enhance the store's aesthetic appeal.
- Manage stock levels and ensure efficient stock replenishment.
- Process employee rosters and manage employee time recording/hours.
- Bonus earning potential of up to $10k per annum.
- 50% clothing discount off all brands.
