Food and Beverage Operations Manager

This leadership role involves overseeing daily restaurant operations, menu planning, sanitation standards, and staff training. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for driving business success through exceptional customer service and employee satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise restaurant teams, handle employee queries and concerns, and oversee daily shift operations.
  • Conduct day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring proper supplies, equipment, and uniforms for employees.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by interacting with guests, gathering feedback, and encouraging employees to provide outstanding service.
  • Manage human resource activities, including supervising ongoing training initiatives, utilizing on-the-job training tools, and communicating performance expectations.


Requirements:
  • A friendly, confident, vibrant, and professional demeanor.
  • Australian working rights.
  • RSA and Approved Manager certifications.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role.


Maintain high levels of professionalism, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate strong leadership abilities. Ensure that all employees have access to necessary resources, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and drive revenue growth and profitability.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and room service. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include guest satisfaction ratings, employee retention and engagement, and revenue growth.
