Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a 12-month parental leave placement. This role involves sourcing and recruiting talented staff for our Centres located across Melbourne.

Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing organisation, dedicated to delivering an inspiring learning experience to every child. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our Centre Managers in ensuring a smooth on-boarding process for new employees.

You will be responsible for coordinating reference checks, background checks and employment contracts, as well as managing relationships with external providers to assist with our talent pool. You will also provide regular reports and feedback on recruitment activities and outcomes.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to assist with our Traineeship program and act as an ambassador for the company.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 3 years' experience working in a recruitment or talent acquisition role. You will also need to have demonstrated knowledge of different recruitment platforms, excellent communication and influencing skills, and intermediate level proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.

Desirable qualifications include experience working in the early learning industry, experience across Office 365 suite, and knowledge of Martian Logic. A Working with Children's Check (Employer) and own car and drivers license are also required.
