Advanced Payroll Processing Expert

We are seeking an experienced payroll specialist to handle end-to-end payroll processing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing payroll across various pay runs.
The successful candidate will effectively process weekly, fortnightly and monthly pay runs while ensuring accurate calculations and timely payments. They will also facilitate payroll adjustments for salary increments, new hires, termination payment and other deductions.
Responsibilities include assisting with month-end process and reconciliations, including information for superannuation, payroll tax and workcover payments. Additionally, the candidate will attend to payroll queries in a timely manner and assist with any payroll projects within the department.
Requirements- 4+ years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing
- Experience managing pay runs of over 300 employees
- Proficiency in using ADP or Mitrefinch T&A - required
- Ability to interpret multiple awards and employment agreements - required
- High attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Great communication skills and ability to form good internal relationships
- Intermediate to advanced excel skills - Ability to do Vlook up - required
- Process end-to-end payroll across various pay runs
- Facilitate payroll adjustments for salary increments, new hires and terminations
- Assist with month-end process and reconciliations
- Attend to payroll queries and assist with departmental projects
