Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Open Space Project Manager to oversee horticultural, turf and landscape maintenance in various open space projects, ensuring environmental sustainability and best practices are followed.

This role involves leading teams of skilled professionals in the field of open space management, conducting site assessments, generating reports, evaluating performance, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in horticulture, turf management and landscape maintenance techniques, with a strong work ethic and excellent time management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Oversee horticultural, turf and landscape maintenance, ensuring environmental sustainability and best practices are followed.
  • Ensure safety and compliance across all teams and projects.
  • Conduct site assessments, inspecting gardens and parks, generating reports, evaluating performance, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of skilled professionals in the field of open space management.
  • Supervise staff, ensuring clear communication of complex instructions and procedures for full understanding and effective implementation.
