**Job Opportunity:** We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Liaison – Parks and Open Space. This is a full-time fixed-term position that requires delivering exceptional customer service to various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Provide face-to-face, telephone, and email interactions with customers to ensure their needs are met.
- Maintenance Requests: Triage routine maintenance requests and fault reports, assigning work orders and purchase requisitions as needed.
- Liaising with Contractors: Communicate with council contractors to receive completion notices or request further information.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in various systems, escalating follow-up actions when required.
Requirements
- Post-Secondary Qualification: Hold a post-secondary qualification in Administration or relevant office administration experience.
- Technical Skills: Have excellent knowledge of Windows-based applications and databases to produce a wide range of documents.
- Customer Service Skills: Possess well-developed customer service skills for face-to-face, telephone, and email interactions.
