Bakery Team Member Position

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Bakery Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our bakery, you will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and presentation of high-quality bakery items, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a restaurant, bakery or cafe environment, with skills in barista work and good organisational abilities. They will also be required to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and public holidays.
Key responsibilities of this position include:
- Preparing and presenting bakery items to a high standard
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Working well under pressure and meeting deadlines
This is a casual position with varying hours, typically between 20-38 hours per week. We are looking for someone who is flexible and able to start early, work weekends, and attend school holiday periods.
