  • Cleans and sanitizes the bakery area, including the bakery cooler and freezer
  • Dismantles bakery equipment, such as power mixers and muffin depositors
  • Washes bakery containers and utensils using commercial dishwashers
  • Restocks baking supplies and industrial-sized containers of ingredients
  • Collects cardboard and trash, operates trash compactors, and balers

The Bakery Assistant must follow health codes, safety protocols, and security procedures, as well as read labels for proper use and precautions of cleaning products.
