Guest Services Manager

 

At our award-winning boutique hotel, we are seeking an experienced Guest Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Front Office department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a small team of Guest Relations/Services staff to deliver outstanding customer service in a hosted environment
- Develop and implement process and procedure manuals to improve efficiency and effectiveness of operations
- Drive employee engagement and commitment through positive leadership and communication
- Manage inventory and resources effectively
- Collaborate with the Front Office Team to ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes
 

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in a similar role or relevant industry background
- Excellent leadership and management skills with ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals
