Job Title: Education and Change Specialist

Austin Health seeks a dedicated professional to lead the EMR & ICT education and change team. The successful candidate will engage with stakeholders/clinicians to co-design new ways of working in a digitally transformed environment.

The primary focus of this role is provision and support to staff in the use of the Clinical System Cerner Millennium, as well as development, transformation, maintenance and training.

About the Role

  • Lead the EMR & ICT education and change team to ensure seamless integration of digital systems.
  • Collaborate with clinicians and stakeholders to develop innovative solutions for digital transformation.
  • Develop comprehensive learning programs that cater to diverse clinical streams and non-clinical streams.
  • Monitor education levels and evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Address ICT learning needs across all Austin Health staff.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in a health profession and qualification/experience in clinical education.
  • Proven ability to deliver education sessions across various formats.
  • Ability to develop a comprehensive learning program encompassing learning objectives, risks/issues, learning outcomes and evaluation.
  • High-level understanding of stakeholder engagement and change management within an Organisation.
  • Demonstrated commitment to meeting clinician learning needs to provide a safe and effective clinical work environment.
