Job Summary

Collaborative Solutions Coordinator is a key role that supports the delivery of our Collaborative Solutions activity. This outward-facing position will be instrumental in supporting stakeholder engagement and convening to identify shared challenges and co-design strategic, place-based solutions.

  • Ensure positive relationships with stakeholders including community members, community organisations, place-based initiatives, and government officials.
  • Provide end-to-end support for meetings, workshops, and other convening activities including scheduling and secretariat support.
  • Contribute to and coordinate the development and timely distribution of written materials including meeting papers, progress reports, and correspondence.
  • Support monitoring of collaborative activities to ensure they are delivered on time and within scope.

This role requires excellent communication skills, relationship development and management skills, organisational abilities, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support for meetings, workshops, and other events.
  • Coordinate the production and dissemination of written materials.
  • Monitor and report on project progress.
