
Strategic Business Developer

This exciting opportunity exists to develop and manage business relationships, drive sales revenue, and become a trusted signage advisor.
The successful candidate will work with senior personnel in large organisations to secure business and deliver against sales targets. They will establish long-term partnerships with clients, ensuring they are the go-to partner for all signage needs.
Strong project planning and management skills are essential, as well as excellent customer relationship and service skills. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering (preferable) and minimum 5 years' Senior Project Management experience.
The Project Manager will be responsible for building long-term relationships with clients, delivering projects with excellence, making strategic decisions, coaching and training their team, and driving departmental performance.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Build long-term relationships with clients to upsell additional services, secure new work, and grow revenue.
- Deliver projects with excellence at every stage while constantly looking for opportunities to reduce costs and increase revenue.
- Make strategic decisions to drive departmental performance.
- Cultivate a high level of customer service, high performance, and high productivity within their team.
- Collaborate with sales to effectively take over jobs from the Sales team and deliver jobs on time, on cost, and at the right quality.
