Technical Solutions Analyst Role Summary

This role presents an excellent opportunity for a technical professional to transition into a strategic solutioning position, supporting pre-sales and solution design across various technologies.

You will work closely with our senior Solution Architect and internal teams to develop client solutions that are technically sound, scalable, and aligned with modern IT practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop end-to-end technical designs for new and existing customers in collaboration with the Solution Architect.
  • Contribute to Statements of Work (SOWs), technical documentation, and design briefs.
  • Research and validate hardware, software, and cloud options for proposals.
  • Liaise with internal engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions are deliverable.
  • Assist in client meetings with technical discovery and clarification.
  • Maintain documentation and contribute to internal solution design libraries.
Requirements and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a technical IT role (e.g., Engineer, Technician).
  • Exposure to Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, infrastructure, or device management.
  • Interest in learning about solution architecture and customer design principles.
  • Solid understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, and core Windows Server services.
  • Experience supporting or deploying Microsoft 365 workloads (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune, Teams).
  • Understanding of networking concepts (subnetting, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs).
  • Hands-on experience in endpoint deployment or SOE (Autopilot, Intune, SCCM).
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
