The Opportunity

In this pivotal role, you will spearhead our digital transformation initiatives. Your mission will be to elevate the functionality and performance of our partner websites, setting new benchmarks for the industry. You will design and execute digital strategies that drive significant growth in organic site traffic and optimize conversion rates. By leveraging the latest AI technology, you will enhance user interactions and elevate the online student experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Digital Transformation: Oversee the digital enhancement of our partner websites, ensuring each initiative meets or exceeds industry standards.
  • Champion Commercial Acumen: Foster a culture of commercial decision-making, driving optimal outcomes for OES.
  • Drive Digital Excellence: Develop and implement strategies to boost organic site traffic and enhance conversion rates, utilizing tools like AI to supercharge digital interfaces and student interactions.
  • Cultivate Partnerships: Forge strong relationships across internal teams and external agencies to align digital enhancements with strategic goals.
  • Optimize and Expand: Regularly analyze performance data to drive continuous improvements across digital platforms, introducing and refining digital communication channels.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • At least 15 years of experience in web performance, including 5 years in leadership positions.
  • A proven track record in enhancing website functionality and engagement, with expertise in SEO, UX, and Google Analytics.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, enabling effective management of cross-functional teams and multi-channel digital strategies.
  • An educational background in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or related fields.
