- Conduct in-depth technology assessments with executive-level stakeholders across diverse industries.

- Establish credibility with recommendations via product expertise, custom demonstrations, technical discussions, whiteboarding, workshops, RFP/RFI responses, and product roadmap sessions.
- Articulate recommendations with confidence and influential communication techniques and tools.
- Deliver trusted, long-term, high ROI solutions that meet customer needs.
- Partner with sales to achieve revenue plan and retention goals.
- Exhibit proficiency in the Docusign platform, including current and future components of the agreement process.
- Champion Docusign as a trusted partner for each customer's Agreement processes.
- Share insights, learnings, resources, and assets within the team and organization to drive scale of impact and collaboration.
We're seeking a high-impact professional driven by an insatiable desire to lead with curiosity, challenge customers to think bigger, and drive strong sales outcomes through platform value selling.
The ideal candidate should have experience in a strategic sales environment and demonstrated success positioning enterprise-wide solutions.
The successful candidate will possess:
- 2+ years of prior experience within a pre-sales role selling SaaS solutions and concepts.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant work experience.
Preferred skills include:
- Proficient in delivering software demonstrations, presentations, and workshops in person and virtually.
- Experience with technical business documentation like solution designs, workflow diagrams, proposals, SOWs, RFPs, and RFIs.
- Proven experience working with employees at all levels of an organization, especially C-suite.
- Demonstrated experience and success selling to customers across regulated industries.
- Familiarity with enterprise-class software systems and system integration methods.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
