Medical Operations Leader

The Patient Services Manager will lead the administrative operations of the department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care. They will be responsible for managing daily operations, supervising and mentoring administrative staff, coordinating patient-facing functions, and overseeing financial reconciliation.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the daily operations of the department.
- Supervise and mentor administrative staff.
- Coordinate patient-facing functions including reception, appointment scheduling, registration, and pathway support.
- Oversee financial reconciliation.
- Demonstrated experience in medical practice management with at least three years in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
- Advanced proficiency in medical software systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and delegate effectively.
This role requires a confident and empathetic communicator who can build strong relationships with patients, clinicians, and staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of reproductive medicine and assisted reproductive technologies.
