As a Territory Manager/Clinical Specialist, you'll play a critical role in achieving this mission by driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the healthcare professional community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed sales objectives and market share within assigned geographic area.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key diabetes decision-makers and influencers.
  • Stay up-to-date on Insulet Corporation products and related diabetes solutions, as well as competitive products.
  • Collaborate with operational, quality, and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Facilitate customer training programs and maintain a high profile with decision-makers of assigned strategic accounts.
  • Work effectively with colleagues in the commercial and corporate office to drive business results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years' sales experience with a successful track record.
  • Prior sales experience in medical devices and/or specialty of diabetes is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to execute sales and marketing plans, manage territory budgets, and function in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license required. Must reside within the geographic area of the assigned territory.
  • Ability to carry and transport professional sales samples and literature.
