Repair Operations Manager

At NTI, we're seeking a skilled and experienced Repair Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Repair Management Team, you'll be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the entire repair process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site assessments to validate accident descriptions and damage observed
- Review and negotiate towing and recovery processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective solutions
- Determine the correct repair process and parts identification to guarantee quality repairs
- Compose expert reports to claims in a timely manner, maintaining accurate and detailed records
- Build and maintain strong relationships with repairers, contributing to the industry's growth and development
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the mobile plant or heavy vehicle repair industry
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to negotiate and manage customer expectations
- Relevant automotive trade qualifications, such as a Certificate III in Automotive Repair Technology
