Job Title: Executive Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO of Perigon Group. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of the leadership team, allowing the CEO to focus on strategic initiatives and stakeholder engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's schedule, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics across diverse time zones and jurisdictions.
  • Handle the CEO's correspondence, inbox management, and filing system, promptly escalating urgent matters as needed.
  • Facilitate the CEO's interactions with internal and external stakeholders, including prominent international organisations and government entities.
  • Assist the CEO in financial matters, including processing expense claims and providing administrative support for financial delegations.
  • Support high-level members with their responsibilities, including travel coordination and expense management.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, supporting high-level executives in global business settings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments with ease and professionalism.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Demonstrated resilience in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
