Unified Communications Specialist Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Unified Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key Subject Matter Expert in the UC technology stack, you will work on multiple projects and key Business as Usual (BAU) support activities.

This role involves drawing on exceptional customer service and troubleshooting skills to support with business in Level 2/3 support issues within the UC domain.

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor for Unified Communications technologies, providing expert guidance and support to stakeholders.
  • Build, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot the bank's Unified Communication and Collaboration Services, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
