About the role
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Marketing Communications Specialist to join our Marketing Team. Reporting to the National Marketing Communications Manager, this role focuses on delivering our marketing communications strategy, responsible for executing campaigns, and accelerating demand generation in your product portfolio to meet targets.

**Requirements**:

- Develop and coordinate the implementation of marketing campaigns across channels
- Brief and liaise with internal stakeholders on marketing plans and communications
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team and Product Marketing team to originate optimise and enhance performance of campaigns
- Work closely with Agency partners to brief creative and media requirements
- Drive a customer-focussed insight-led approach to lead generation
- Develop and coordinate events, both online and in-person, to achieve KPIs
- Monitor and report on success of marketing initiatives in your portfolio

Who are we looking for?
- Tertiary qualification - bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Ability to take ownership and accountability for your work
- Good organisation and time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Enthusiastic and motivated self-starter
- As comfortable working as part of a team as independently
- Good attention to detail
