Lead ICT Professional
We are seeking a senior ICT leader to head our Capability Systems team in Victoria, working with Government and Corporate clients.

Job Description:

As a Practice Lead, you will be responsible for the evolution and execution of the Victorian Capability Systems business plan. This full-time permanent role involves developing strategies, leading a team, and delivering projects that achieve timely, high-quality client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business plans, financial management strategies, and lead the Victorian team to achieve profitable outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, both internal and external.
  • Provide project management support for large communications and ICT infrastructure projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain processes to ensure effective project delivery and team performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent experience/training.
  • Project management training or qualification desirable.
  • Able to successfully obtain and maintain a minimum Australian Government Baseline Security Clearance.
  • Senior management experience leading teams in a growth-oriented professional services business.
  • A well-established network of relationships with potential clients and service providers.
