**Job Title:** ICT Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an ICT support specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to internal stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize software systems to ensure seamless operations.
  • Coordinate activities with flight crew and operations teams.
  • Install, configure, and maintain user access, system settings, and software updates.
  • Provide frontline support for ICT systems, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain workflows to ensure regulatory compliance and data accuracy.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for staff requiring assistance with ICT functionality.
  • Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues when necessary.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A relevant qualification equivalent to a bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience providing ICT support services.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise-level software is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of aircraft scheduling, regulatory compliance, and flight operations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
