We're seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Quantitative Insights Consultant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with experienced professionals and learn from the best in the industry.

About the Role:

  • This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals who are passionate about data analysis and want to build their career in a dynamic and growing company.
  • You will be responsible for working on various projects, including research trackers, ad hoc projects, and client-facing work.
  • As a Quantitative Insights Consultant, you will use your analytical skills to find and tell consumer behavioral stories that help clients answer their business questions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with senior consultants and analysts to develop and implement insights-driven solutions for clients.
  • Conduct data analysis using primary and secondary data sources, primarily Q, to identify trends and patterns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as psychology, marketing, business, or anthropology.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
