Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sugar Production Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production crew, you will be responsible for transforming raw ingredients into high-quality sugar and C seed/magma.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sugar Systems: Implement efficient processes to produce sugar and C seed/magma with minimal disruptions and product loss.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster effective communication with mill management, pan boilers, and shift teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Data Analysis: Sample, inspect, and analyze sugar and molasses streams to optimize production.
  • Maintenance: Regularly inspect plant equipment and complete maintenance requests as required to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Accuracy: Complete logbooks, charts, and data collection tasks as directed by management to ensure precision and quality.
Ideal Candidate:
