Culinary Team Members Wanted

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our culinary team as a Demi Chef, Chef de Partie or Head Chef. If you thrive in the kitchen and have a passion for delivering exceptional food experiences, we encourage you to apply.

About the Roles:- Demi Chef: Responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes during service periods.
- Chef de Partie: Liaises with the Head Chef to oversee menu planning, inventory management and staff training.
- Head Chef: Responsible for leading the culinary team, developing menus, managing inventory and controlling costs.
- Proven leadership experience in a professional kitchen environment
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor during service periods
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of seasonal ingredients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with local regulations concerning health, safety and compliance requirements
