Job Title: Culinary Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic culinary team member to join our dynamic team of chefs working across some of the Gold Coast's best-loved pubs and beachside venues.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about cooking and wants to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be able to prepare and cook a variety of dishes to high standards, work collaboratively as part of a kitchen brigade to deliver excellent service, maintain a clean and safe working environment, and develop skills and knowledge in cooking techniques, menu planning, and food safety.

About This Role
  • This is a full-time position that requires a strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure.
  • You will be working in a busy kitchen environment, preparing and serving meals to customers.

Requirements
  • A proven track record of experience in a commercial kitchen, preferably in a pub or restaurant environment.
  • Confidence in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, including pub classics, functions, and fast-paced service.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and respectfully with colleagues and management.
