Disability Employment Specialist

This role involves providing workplace support to customers with disabilities and working with employers to find flexible solutions for sustainable employment.
About the Role- Provide ongoing support to customers and employers based on individual needs
- Enhance long-term and sustainable employment opportunities
- Facilitate training and development for customers and employers
- Create new employment opportunities for customers
- Build trust and rapport with customers and employers
- Support customers in work and their employers to ensure sustainable employment
- Source future vacancies for ongoing placements
- Continuously identify and create new employment opportunities
- Prior experience in disability or employment services is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving ability and conflict resolution skills
- Able to work autonomously and manage time effectively
- Ability to obtain a Criminal History check and Working with Children/Vulnerable People card
This role provides an opportunity to make a positive impact on individuals' lives while fostering strong relationships with employers.
