Job Title: Area Manager

Job Description

This position involves leading and motivating a team of employment consultants across multiple sites, supporting them in all aspects of quality service delivery and performance.

The role is located in Coffs Harbour and encompasses oversight of Clarence and Coffs Harbour ESAs with offices in Grafton, Maclean, Yamba, Bellingen, Coffs Harbour, Nambucca Heads, Woolgoolga.

The Area Manager will lead and empower the team to deliver sustainable employment outcomes for people with disability, facilitate staff training and development to ensure high-quality services, and develop strategies and programs to enhance service delivery and create meaningful employment opportunities.

  • Oversight and leadership of employment consultants
  • Developing and implementing strategies for sustainable employment outcomes
  • Facilitating staff training and development
  • Developing partnerships to enhance service delivery
  • Analysis and monitoring of individual, site and area performance and quality metrics
  • Representing the organisation in the local community to promote services and raise awareness of inclusive employment services

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Leadership and management experience, ideally within the employment services sector
  • Passion for people with disability succeeding in employment and education
  • Success driven with the ability to achieve performance targets
  • Problem solving skills with the ability to develop innovative strategies
  • Relationship building skills with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Quality focus with continuous improvement within a quality framework
  • Tech savvy and confident in using data, systems and reports
